Question : What are "Business Days"?
Answer :
Our business days regarding shipping are Monday through Friday.

Question : When will I receive my order?
Answer :
Add the ship time which is on every product detail page, plus the transit time. This will depend on which shipping service you select. For example: if your item ships in 2-3 business days and you select Priority Service which takes 2-3 days to reach you, then you can expect your package in about 6 business days. Please remember to add an additional 1-2 days for ring sizing.

Question : I forgot the occasion and I need my gift sooner, is there anyway it can be shipped sooner then stated?
Answer :
We will be happy to rush an item to you sooner if possible. Call us toll free at 1-866-561-3971 and talk with one of our very helpful support people. Adding Express Mail service can save you a day or two in transit as well.


Question : I selected a pendant for a man. Will the pendant rope chain that you supply be heavy enough for him?
Answer :
The pendant rope chain that we supply on our pendants is too light weight for a man. You can add a heavier gold chain to your order. These are located under the pendant category then go to neck chains and select a heavier chain there.

Question : I love one of your diamond bridal sets! Can I order one with a larger diamond or a different shape?
Answer :
Yes, we can set larger and different shaped diamonds into many of our diamond bridal set mountings. Thousands of diamonds in many shapes and qualities are always available at very competitive prices. Email us at customercare@raymondjewelers.com with your request and for pricing.

Question : Can I place an order without a credit card?
Answer :
Yes, you can mail us your order. Write us a note with your full name and address, email, your daytime phone number, the items' sku and/or model number, gold color, size (finger size or length), extra free perks that you would like (engraving, gift wrap etc.) and a check or Postal Money Order for the full amount including CT sales tax if this applies and extra shipping service fees. Question : I really like one of the items but I need it in a different gold color and gemstone than what is offered. Can I have an item made to my specifications?
Answer :
Many of our items can be special made for you in another gold color and/or gemstone. Email us at customercare@raymondjewelers.com with the items SKU number, your gold color or gemstone request and we will quickly let you know.
