The MPC Program sets uniform standards for testing a professional jewelry store owners/managers abilities at two levels. Denise was was given the designation for the highest level, the Certified Sales Management Professional. The program evaluates the facts, processes, procedures, terms and concepts that jewelry store owners/managers encounter in their daily work, and to be certified, the candidate must demonstrate proficiency in each skill to an acceptable national standard.
