Raymond Jewelers now accepts for International Orders of Fine Jewelry.

SHIPPING TIMES 4 - 10 travel days via Insured Airmail Parcel Post. 2-3 Days Federal Express International. Times may vary. International insured shipping cost is a flat rate of $55.00 plus a 4% processing fee for packages 1 pound or less. You will be notified if your order would weigh more than 1 pound and which carrier we will be able to use.

PAYMENT METHODS
Payment for orders that are outside of the US or Canada can be paid with MasterCard or Visa using Paily. We accept Credit Cards and Debit Cards from most countries worldwide through Paily, our partner payment service. Go ahead and contact Denise with your country and jewelry request. She will email you a link where you can easily pay for your purchase. Paying through Paily is quick and simple - you do not need to register or send any documents. DUTIES, TAX AND MISC. FEES
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once the package reaches your country. All additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you and we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country and it is recommended that you contact your local customs office for this important information.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
All international returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping & handling fees are not refundable. Please review our complete Return Policy for a detailed explanation of our policy. We do not accept items for return due to your country's tax, duty and/or fee schedules. It is your responsibility to inquire about such fees before paying or placing an order with us since these fees will be paid by you or the recipient.

JEWELRY RESTRICTIONS
We do not ship watches or loose diamonds internationally.
