The faceted cushion cut blue topaz measures 8 X 6mm is bezel set with seven quality diamonds as accents. The diamond total weight is 1/8th carat. Attached to the back of the top loop is a hinged, snap lever so that this special pendant can be worn in between pearls or beads. Total length of the drop is 3/4 inch.
