Shipping Policy
RaymondJewelers.com ships within the United States of America and Puerto Rico.
You enjoy Free USPS insured First Class shipping and handling (3-5 days) within the 50 states (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Puerto Rico. USPS Priority service (2-3 days) is $15.00 and USPS Express service (1-2 days) is $25.00. We offer free appraisals on your new diamond purchase at your request, free gift wrap, gift cards and free engraving.
We normally ship within 3-4 business days (Monday through Friday) from the time your order is received. Please refer to each product details page for shipping times since this does vary. Shipping time is slightly longer if your ring requires a size adjustment or your item is to be engraved.
We ship to APO and FPO addresses via US Mail. Once the package is in the military's hands, it is no longer insured by the US Post Office. Raymond Jewelers will not be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged once in the military's hands. Orders are at your risk. Please allow lots of time for your order to arrive if your address is an APO or FPO. This also applies to all Diplomatic Pouch Mail. Items shipped overseas by Diplomatic Pouch are not insurable or trackable. These items would be shipped at your risk.
Return Policy
We offer a money back return and exchange policy within 30 days of your purchase. Items must be in original condition including all packaging.
EXCLUSIONS: Engraved, sized items, custom made jewelry, earrings converted to non-pierced styles, customized family jewelry and items altered by a third party (another jeweler for example) can not be returned. Stock size of a ring is between a size 6-7 for ladies and a 10-11 for gents. We will be happy to let you know the exact stock size of any ring if this is a concern to you. Email customercare@raymondjewelers.com for this information.
We ask that you email us in advance for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER that you would put on the mailing label enabling your return to be processed in the fastest possible time. Please email customercare@raymondjewelers.com for this number.
No returns will be accepted without this authorization, and unfortunately shipping fees are not refundable. Please fully insure your package so that if it is lost in transit you can file a claim. Raymond Jewelers is not responsible for the packages in transit that you are sending back to us.
Our owner is on hand to personally inspect each item we ship to our customers and also when an item is returned. In most cases, after our expert inspection, your refund will be processed within two business days after our inspection of the item/s.
