You enjoy Free USPS First Class insured shipping and handling (3-5 days) within the 50 states and Puerto Rico. Priority service (2-3 days) is $15.00 and Express service (1-2 days) is $25.00. We offer free appraisals on many of our items, free gift wrap, gift cards and free engraving.
We normally ship within 3-4 business days (Monday through Friday) from the time your order is received. Please refer to each details page for shipping times since this can vary item to item. Add one extra day if your ring requires a size adjustment or engraving is requested. If an item on your order is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified by the next business day.

We ship to APO and FPO addresses via US Mail. Please allow lots of time for your order to arrive. If a package is lost once it is in the military's hands, Raymond Jewelers is not responsible for this loss. This also applies to all Diplomatic Pouch Mail. Items shipped overseas by Diplomatic Pouch are not insurable and can not be tracked. These items would be shipped at your risk and Raymond Jewelers will not be responsible in the event that a package is lost or stolen.

On the Raymond Jewelers web site, we display the dimensions of our products based on the information received from our manufacturers. Also, for each item containing multiple diamonds, we list the average grade and measurement for color, clarity, and carat weight. These averages are calculated by adding all grades or measurements that comprise the inventory with regard to that particular piece of merchandise, and determining the closest mean.
Because our product selection is large, there is a possibility that product availability and pricing might change before we have an opportunity to update our Web site. Our prices are also subject to change without notice.
Infrequently, prices may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. LOST PACKAGE POLICY
On the rare occasion, that a package is lost in transit, either by United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS or Federal Express we reserve the right to wait up to 30 days from the inquiry or trace date to determine if the package is actually lost. RaymondJewelers.com will not hold the purchaser's funds any longer than possible. However we need to follow proper postal and shipper procedures to determine if the package was signed by another person, stolen or lost. We will refund the entire purchase price unless proof of delivery can be obtained (i.e. the package was delivered and signed for). Money for lost packages, will not be refunded unless the above procedure is followed, and it is understood that Raymond Jewelers has fulfilled their obligation once the package has been shipped from our offices.
Gemstone Weights
CT means carat. TW means Total Diamond Weight. TGW means total gem weight. All diamond and gem weights are approximate. The following are the size ranges appropriate to each carat weight listing of our jewelry: 1/10 carat .09 - .12 carat, 1/6 carat .14 -.17 carat, 1/5 carat .18 - .22 carat, 1/4 carat .23 - .27 carat, 1/3 carat .30-.34 carat, 1/2 carat .48 - .52 carat, 3/4 carat .73 - .77 carat, 1.00 carat .98 - 1.02 carat. All photographic, clerical, typographical errors are subject to correction. Most colored gemstones are treated to improve color and clarity by heating and/or other industry accepted procedures.
