We offer a money back return and exchange policy within 30 days of your purchase less shipping fees. Items must be in original condition including all packaging.
EXCLUSIONS: Engraved, sized items, custom made jewelry, earrings converted to non-pierced styles, Mother's rings, Father's Rings, Mother and Child or Family jewelry that has been customized with birthstones, Mother's pendants, Daughter's Rings are not returnable. Any jewelry item that has been altered in any way by you or a third party (another jeweler for example) can not be returned. Stock size of a ring is between a size 6-7 for ladies and a 10-11 for gents. We will be happy to let you know the exact stock size of any ring if this is a concern to you. We ask that you email us in advance for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER that you would put on the mailing label enabling your return to be processed in the fastest possible time. Please email us at customercare@raymondjewelers.com for this number.
Our owner is on hand to personally inspect each item we ship to our customers and also when an item is returned. In most cases, after our expert inspection, your refund will be processed within two business days after our inspection of the item/s.
No returns will be accepted without this authorization, and unfortunately shipping fees are not refundable. Please fully insure your package so that if it is lost in transit you can file a claim. Raymond Jewelers is not responsible for the packages in transit that you are sending back to us.
